Training and coaching

Training:

Based on your company profile we will develop a custom made curriculum providing the suitable balance and combination between Lean and Six Sigma process improvement techniques. We will develop simulation based on your company profile to ensure your employees get through the training by using real life examples.

The concept of our training is "Back to the nature", this means we don't use PowerPoint presentations and we don't close the participant into a deemed room for several days, but we use flipcharts and markers to engage our participant in every minute of the trainings.

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• SwatSigma (Yellow Belt equivalent)
• The LeanSwat - the 30 days improvement cycle

Coaching & Mentoring:

To make the training not only interesting but effective as well we provide coaching and mentoring support to enable your team to run the improvement projects alone and enable them to initate additional improvements without external facilitation.
