The Flow Group celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2011.

This strategic alliance has propelled us to become one of the leaders in our segment both in terms of revenues and the number of consultants employed. Our references cover the majority of TOP 200 companies in Hungary, including but not limited to representatives of the financial, manufacturing, energy, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. Moreover, we have also played a key role in developing small and medium sized enterprises in recent years. Frequently recurring long term development project assignments lasting 5-10 years are a measure of our success and the professional quality of our performance. The Flow Group is the only company that won the award for professional excellence of the Hungarian Society of OD Consultants on four occasions.

One of the keys to the development of the Flow Group is the commitment our people to development. Many of us are inspired by the unknown, by novelty and by growth. We do not wait until we get bored by the present-day. We anticipate change as it evolves - we initiate change ourselves. This is exactly what is happening now. We launched FlowUP!, a comprehensive change management program in 2010. This time we are our own clients. 

We were motivated to do all this our work experience. We see our clients confront with new and new challenges all the time. Many say change is the only constant factor in their business. We want our clients to recognize that we can be there at their side. We think it is well worth strengthening our cooperation with our clients and thinking together here inside Flow to achieve that.

We want to use FlowUP! as a vehicle for tightening professional and business cooperation and strengthening the organizational connections among our member companies. We are to launch a unitary system of customer relationship management to simplify orientation for our clients.

We have set up Centers of Excellence in certain areas of organization, leadership and process development with highly skilled and experienced trainer-consultants working to develop solution based technical innovations and continuously improving know-how to respond to client needs.

This is where we are at now and it is our aspiration to continue to deliver top professional quality by offering tailor made "best of Flow" solutions to our clients.
